Margaux, the newest member of the Biernat Team, is thrilled to be joining forces with her mother, Pat Biernat. This dynamic team will combine her mother?s more than thirty-fives years in the luxury real estate market in Naples with Margaux?s strong ties in Naples community cultivated from childhood and her career in fundraising. Their experience will surely exceed their customers expectations in luxury living. Margaux has called Naples her hometown since 1987. Prior to her endeavors in real estate, Margaux?s career in fundraising as a Major Gift Officer spanned from New York City to Naples to Washington, D.C. at prestigious organizations New York City Opera, Park Avenue Armory, The Everglades Foundation and National Geographic. Margaux continues to be involved in philanthropy through consulting with various non-profits organizations as well as volunteering at organizations including The Women?s Foundation and Friends of the Fakahatchee. When Margaux is not helping her customers find their perfect home, she is enjoying the best of what Naples has to offer. She is an avid tennis and pickleball player and can be found on her home courts at Pelican Marsh most mornings. Margaux also enjoys guiding her friends on swamp walks through the Fakahatchee Strand State Park in search of wild orchids.
